A most charming Modern British oil painting of a young boy. A head and shoulders study, it is exceptionally well observed.

Painted against a green background, it is indistinctly signed to the lower right and dated c1950. It comes framed in its original gilt frame which suits it well. An eye catching portrait which is would certainly compliment a collection of vintage portraits. Item Specifics Medium: Oil Painting. Size: 18" x 20" Framed: 21 x 23 Condition: Good overall condition, minor rip to the canvas just above the head.

Slight discoloration to the mid centre of the top edge of the canvas and one surface mark to the top right. Framed: Original Frame, good condition. For more expensive items bank transfer is preferred.
