Framed in Mexico or Spain -has a stamp inish (see photos).. So may be aish, Chilean or Mexican painter from the mid 20th Century, possibly a Latin based impressionist with touch of modernism. Nice colorist style, mid Century impressionism. Signed lower right but unable to make out the signature -further research is needed.

Appears to be all original components from the period. Painting is bright and well kept, could use a light cleaning.
