By famed New Orleans artist JAMES HUSSEY b. Many of Hussey's works have been made into popular prints, but this is a one-of-a-kind.

I have confirmed with Mr. Hussey that he painted this piece in late'80s/early'90s. Outer frame measurements are 28" x 34". (Visible painting area roughly 23" x 29") Picture light not included.
