Shimmering truncated cubes of color are intermittently reflected and repeated in this lace-like architectonic painting. The Brooklyn Bridge is depicted from multiple angles and various states of delineation. Crimson and pale orange create a sense of lightness and depth to this otherwise frontal Modernist work.

Oil painting, decoupage and paper on masonite. Signed vertically at lower right. Titled on back "Brooklyn Bridge".

Original Modernist wood frame with silver inner edge. Frame shows light surface wear, consistent with age (does not distract from work). Large Scale: Measures 36.75" x 25.75" in thin frame.
