Washes and drips of pure pigment create a beautiful balance of the physical light and ephemeral space. Areas of glossy oil accentuate the materiality of this most exhilarating work. Painted in the early 1970's. Reminiscent to Sam Francis in both color and movement, as well as Paul Jenkins.

Signed at lower right - Domsky. First name is signed on back - Ellie. Titled on original label on back "Shattered Image".
