Vintage French Abstract Gouache Painting

This abstract painting came from a collection found in France. It was in a folio of the artist's work, which had many Miro and Mondrian influences.

I choose this piece because of the unusual colors and fluid composition. The painting is initialed or signed in a cubist style, but the artist name is not known to me. The piece has been matted and framed. Condition of the art is good, with some very minor age spots, now behind the mat. Measurements are: 15 1/4" by 12 1/2" frame, sight size is 10 1/2" by 7 1/4".
