Vintage Abstract Female Figural Expressionist Oil Painting Mid Century Signed 1970's. Fantastic use of color blocking in a cubist style. Has an art deco look due to the use of geometric shapes of paint in bold colors. Indistinctly signed initials on lower right corner.
Custom framed by the well renowned J. Pocker & Sons frame shop in NYC in the late 1970's in 22 Karat Gold Leaf. The framer's label on the back has dated this painting to have been executed before 1980 from extensive research we have done. CONDITION - Excellent vintage condition.
Some rubbing, chipping & scratches to frame edges. Measures approximately 40 inches high & 28 inches wide.
