1950s Original Kem paints lighted sign wall hanger vintage

This is a vintage lighted sign. The brand is Kem fine quality paints.

It is very old I'm not sure of the year but I'm assuming it's from the 50s. I have plugged it in in the lights do work. There's a light humming sound while it's plugged in.
