Over the next few weeks, I will be listing a large variety of works by Rogers. Please take a look at my other auctions. I have found little information on Rogers, except for his listing in "Who Was Who in American Art" and his listing on AskArt.

I believe that he may have died quite young. Rogers' work is fascinating, and certainly worthy of further research. In one of the sketchbooks, I did find a brochure for a 1963 New York gallery show that included Rogers.

This large drawing is on sketchbook paper, and measures approximately 9" x 12". Signed at bottom right corner, and dated 1964. Displays beautifully, with no rips, tears, holes, or repairs. All items are from a smoke-free home.
