35 vtg 1950s 60s Hand painted and decal metal sign advertisement Construction

This is an old metal sign and it appears that the letters are hand painted on. It's clear that the red letters are hand-painted as you can see the brush strokes. Looking up close it looks like the other letters are hand painted as well but the black letters down at the bottom we're done very well which is why we thought It is a possibility they are decals which is why we put decal in the title. As can be seen in the photos, this sign has a LOT of imperfections. It is very rusty, scratched, scuffed, tarnished, wavy/ out of shape.
