Christopher Gonzalez Jamaican Artist watercolor/acrylic painting Signed 1979 Rare. 28" width x 35" length. Up for sale from my cherished collection. Christopher Gonzalez (1943 - 2008) was an acclaimed Jamaican expressionistic sculpture and painter. He also created artwork in pencil and charcoal. According to Wikipedia, he graduated in 1963 from the Jamaican School of Art (The Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts) where he mastered in sculpture. He earned a Masters degree in Fine Arts from the California College of Arts and Crafts.

He taught in schools in Jamaica and the USA (California and Atlanta, Georgia) during his career.
