This is a unique and exquisite set of two original acrylic or oil paintings on burlap sack by artist Elda Naggi. They are medium-sized clown portraits measuring 24.5" x 16.25" x 1. The paintings are signed by the artist, and they are unframed.

The artwork was produced in the United States in the 1960s, post-war period. These paintings are a true representation of the urban art style, with elements of art deco, expressionism, abstract, realism, impressionism, and folk art. The paintings are handmade and feature a burlap texture. Painted in 1965 and 1966.
