Konovalyuk Fedir Zotikovich - was born on 22th of March, 1890 in Kalavtsi village, Chernihiv region. An outstanding painter, colorist, illustrator. He studied at Kyiv Art College and Kyiv Art Institute. Worked in the field of easel painting and book graphics. Since 1911 he participated in republican, all-Union exhibitions. The first personal exhibition was held in 1955. In the early twentieth century, Konovalyuk, together with Izhakevich, painted icons.
The main works: illustrations for the works of Kotlyarevsky I. (1939 - 1940), Shevchenko T. Paintings "Catherine" (1944); "Messengers of Bohdan Khmelnytsky", a series of landscapes "Kyiv" (1908 - 1969) and others. One of a kind artwork.
Paintings are carefully packed in order to protect from any damage during transportation. Cardboard paintings should be sent in a cardboard box. Canvas paintings should be sent rolled up on pipe covered with protecting materials.
