Possibly Vtg Likely Southwestern Signed Oil Canvas Mountain Landscape Painting

This is a nice possibly vintage likely Southwestern signed F. Barnett oil on canvas mountain landscape painting. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some minor wear to the frame as well as 1 small spot on the painting and it comes exactly as shown. The frame measures 21 1/2" x 17 1/2" and the sight is 19 3/4" x 15 3/4".
