The frame measures 21 1/2 inches X 29 3/4 inches. Two sided sign is constructed by a sandwich of two panels back to back inside the frame. With this sign, there are a few knowns and a lot of unknowns.

Per the previous owner, it hung out front of a main street shop in a very small Minnesota town. The type of business that it was advertising for does fall into the unknown category. The sign panels are hand painted and as such they are similar but not identical.

There is rust on the upper and lower portions of the frame surround and also rust staining on one of the painted panels. Best guess, there was a hole in whatever the sign hung from and a slow water drip was left unchecked for a considerable period of time.

I have done nothing to clean any part of the frame or sign because I don't want to cause paint damage or loss. The frame itself is obviously metal and shows signs of having worn a couple different paint colors over the years. I'm not sure what exactly the sign panels are but they are not metal. It seems to be a pegboard type "wood" material. Any questions, please ask and I'll do my best to answer.
