Vintage ABSTRACT GEOMETRIC BAUHAUS OIL PAINTING MID CENTURY MODERN Signed 1970. Jagged red angular forms emerge and recede as elegant. Graphic shapes of pure color. Layers of rich white to beige underpainting create a subtle ground for the shadowy grey image which echoes the graphic red shapes. Surface ranges from areas of high gloss to matte.

Oil, enamel, gesso painting on stretched linen. Signed and dated at lower right and on back.
