Vintage Framed Artist Signed Oil Painting Old World Subtle Play With Light&Meaning

This little painting has depth and meaning beyond my comprehension. It measures 14.5" W x 16" H. The condition is excellent with only faint crazing that I can only see in direct sunlight.

It is signed by the artist, but I can't make out actual spelling of the artist's name. My guesses don't bring back any results. I tried a couple of online sites, and they didn't recognize the painting.

So, I don't think it is an undiscovered master. Regardless, the painting is well executed and framed beautifully in my humble opinion. It features a window in a wall of great age and thickness with wooden bars instead of glass to keep people in or out of the room behind the window. The flowers outside the window are what caught my eye.

They are thickly painted in vibrant colors to almost be 3D. The colors in the painting glow with light. There is a band of linen matting framing the painting. The frame is quality wood painted with a copper paint wash.

It is hard to capture the true beauty of this piece with my poor photography skills. It is subtle and varies with lighting.
