Vintage Hotel Sign From Otis Colorado With Remains Of Reflective Paint

This is one of a kind! If you have a coffee shop or restaurant or a killer space that can handle this beauty! I had it mounted on my living room wall!

The yellow and green have traces of reflective material on them. It was so it would reflect in the headlights of cars going by. I have local friends in their 70's who don't remember seeing this sign on the highway! I dug it out of a corner in the basement of the hotel, which is just about to collapse! Right now the hotel is taped off so nobody gets hit by flying bricks as it is literally ready to hit the ground!

I have had it a few years now and the floor was already falling on it. I could barely get it and another sign out it was so tight. And one of the few time I was scared picking! At any time the 2 story hotel above could have fallen in on me! It's large and heavy.

The bottom is rusted and ragged and the wood support rotted away. The basement of the hotel still had a dirt floor! Still mounts nicely just resting on a couple large nails secured in the wall studs.
