Vintage Lithograph Manhattan Paint Sign H. L. La Bar Chicago Waterproof Sign Co

Measures approx 5.5" tall and 25" long. It has a makers mark of "Chicago Waterproof Sign Co". Vivid gold on black colors.

Has a privilege panel stamped H. I've searched for the brand, the dealer or sign maker, but can't find any history on either. I removed from the frame to take detailed pictures. I then carefully placed it back into the frame and reassembled the points holding it in place.
