Vintage Nautical Seascape Oil Canvas Painting Signed Van Dael Dutch Mid 1900's

Nautical oil painting on canvas. Found very little about artist but signature seems to say Van Dael but I have nothing to support who this was painted by. Frame has some slight corner damage all noted in photos. Yellowing on back of canvas shows age.
