Vintage Oil Painting Impressionist Landscape Signed & Framed

Super sweet original landscape illegibly signed and dated as shown. Nice solid contemporary lemon gold frame. Very decorative in a nice size to work in any space, probably a good gamble for anyone more adept at reading signatures than myself.

I do think it reads "Rutland" but can't make out the first name. Please get them approved before purchasing. Any questions must be answered before the sale.
