Picture is in reasonable good condition, with some light scuff marks on the painted surfaces, and the frame has some scuffs and paint loss.

Please let me know if you know the Artist's name that created this work!!Picture is framed and matted but has no glass. Frame measurements are approx 33" wide by about 25.5" tall. Picture is approx 26.5" wide, by about 19" tall, not including the mat. A super interest piece of artwork!!
