This contemporary signed folk art oil on board painting is in very good condition with no scratches or loss of paint. The deep wood frame with linen matting is in good condition as well, with only minor bumps and bruises to the front of the frame, and one small chip to the BACK of the wooden frame.

The artist has signed the painting in the lower right hand corner "Kowalski". A snowy winter scene has been painted in a folky, naive manner in bright colors.
