Vintage Original Signed Framed Oil Painting on Board of a Beautiful Rural Valley Home Landscape in Spring. Framed size approximately 20 1/8"w x 14.5"h (+ 1 3/8 top hanger). Image site size is approximately 17 1/8"w x 11.5"w.

Condition: The painting's condition issues include pattern cracking paint, crackling, flaking and paint loss - the multiple pictures can be enlarged to view these paint condition details. The frame has seam separation in the upper left corner, and a few scratches and dings commensurate with true age.

This is still a very lovely spring landscape painting. There are two pictures of the artist's signature for your interpretation. The second signature picture was taken in direct sunlight.
