Vintage P Mezzanares US Navy Ship Oil Painting Signed And Framed

It is signed by the artist P Mezzanares in the lower right, tiled along the bottom but I cannot resolve it and the artwork is housed in a silver tone frame protected behind glass. 16.0 inches wide, 13.0 inches tall and 1.0` inches deep. 13.5 inches wide and 10.5 inches tall.
