Vintage Pittsburgh Paints Light up sign. Working with marquee Best one I've seen

UPDATE; I ran a 100' extension cord from my house to light the sign as shown in the last two pictures. This is a truly beautiful Pittsburgh Paints (double sided) Light up sign in working order. This sign has a bottom marquee on it which I have not ever seen in the past.

It also comes with the original brackets for hanging as you can see in picture # 2. The letters are all raised which I have tried to get a close up of. This sign is with it's shape, case, colors, style and condition is worthy to be in a sign museum.

I have not seen a nicer one than this! The front side is bold beautiful colors as good as the day it was made. There is camera flash glare on the I & N in the word PAINT this is not there.

The back of the sign is also great except the two P's and the H which have faded as shown in picture # 9. I researched this sign and found that the red P's and H were faded on ALL these signs that faced the sun. I included pictures of this very sign in picture # 11 & 12 with the exact same fading on the two P's & H.

The size of this sign is 48" wide x 32" high. If you are further than 100 miles call me to see what we can work out. PS My electric in the garage is being updated so I could not light it for pictures but I 100% GUARENTEE it does light.
