Robert Farrington was born in 1924 in Washington D. He died in 2011 in Santa Fe, New Mexico after a noteworthy career as an artist. The frame is 45 inches across, 27 inches tall. The painting is 36 inches across, 18 inches tall. The theme is of a small village in Mexico.Great use of texture and lighting throughout the painting. This is a lovely painting with rich color, contrast and character. Among the many well known collectors of Farrington's work are: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Johnny Carson, Carol Burnett and Jackie Collins.
