1- The product is new sealed in a box never opened. The product is new in an open or lost box. The product is used and operates or looks as it should for its age. Our company sells are not strictly based on numbers but we also support the quality in what we represent.
We always photograph and many times video items for proof of what is sent. If the item shows damage before unboxing, unpacking or uncrating, please photograph it and list the damages with the carrier before accepting. If the outside is damaged badly do not accept the package or crate. External damage may or may not show damage to what's inside so if you accept it and there is outside damage, make sure you indicate the damage in writing when accepting it.
If there is no visual damage to the product but the packaging is damaged please closely inspect the product for any hidden damage. All emails will be responded to within 8 hours during the work week or sooner.
