Vtg. Original floral oil painting in gold framed, signed Joseph

The sale is for an original floral themed oil painting. They are in crystal vases, an elaborate gold frame, signed Joseph. The painting is really quite stunning with purple shaded flowers with white flowers and green branches.

Teh vases are crystal bowl and a footed vase. The frame is signed on right side, Joseph. The backrround varies from light to darker shades of blue. No damage as far as hole or gouges.

There are some white drip marks in background: Not sure if blemishes. Frame has a thin gold with maybe a linen strip then the outer frame with raised designs and increments. Some wear spots, nicks, and scratches in spots due to age/use. The underside of frame has nicks and scratches. Top front edge, some gold ade discoloration spots.

Spots at front before bottom under raised detail areas. There can be shade discoloration scuff spots.

Front left near bottom of left side, a nicks area in frame. May be other scratches and nicks not mentioned and can be scuffs in corners. A red number at top along with black marker: 15B. The bottom, a stamp tht is upside down.

Theres a pen name and date. The canvas can have light soiling. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Frame is 29" X 25".

Painting is 23" X 19".
