Vtg. Original painting boat at dock, maybe New England. Signed, on board

The sale is for an unframed original maybe oil painting on board. Signed, of a boat on the shore/dock. The boat is near water and items in front of boat, like metal barrel, lobster traps, etc....

Background consistes of a dwelling, seagulls and sky. Looks like a depiction of New England. Signed in yellow on bottom left corner, cannot read signature.

A few small yellow stain spots in sky and a few light raggedy corners. Backside, no canvas at top. Board was probably cut prior to painting to size. 695 black mark and sticker.

Paper surface, tears, scuffs, dirt age wear. See all pics for they are part of condition. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant.
