VTG Ornate Framed Hand Painted, Oil Painting 18x16 Rabbits, Bunnies, pet, Farm

Rather Large 18" wide and 16" tall and 2 1/4 DEEP ORNATE TIERED plaster over Wood frame made in MEXICO. Nearly flawless frame, painting, and Golden tone. Beautiful Pastoral Cottage Yard Bunny Study.. Just a couple SHALLOW small little dings on the flat of the right side. (see last photo) There is a little varnish spritz on the painting in the lower right corner by the artist's signature.

Can't see that except on a certain angle/lighting. The painting itself shows at 9.5" 7.75" just a BEAUTIFULLY done Pastoral scene with two pet bunnies playing outside.
