Vtg Pointillist Pointillism Dot Painting Called 5 MyansExtraterrestrial Signed

Amazing piece of art beautifully done I can't make out who the artist is and I cannot find anything else like it. It is signed and seems to be one of a kind.

Features children, reaching into the sky as a bright light is illuminating the entire painting I'm not an art person so I don't know the type of paint used, however, it is very textured and bumpy feeling. Also, it's on a very thick white actually off-white type of paper or art paper.

It needs to be framed. Minor wear along the edges, but no rips or tears, beautiful, stunning piece of art.

I'm hoping somebody out there recognizes the artist see measurements below. 24 inches wide 35 1/2 inches tall in totality. Part of these measurements include the fact that there is about a 4 inch white perimeter around the art.
